WICS’ official objectives are summarized as follows at the end of the report of the conference:

With the end of the First Conference a new phase in organized Islamic work began. This phase is based upon spreading and calling people to Islam based on the authentic teachings of the Holy Qur’ān. Islamic Da’wa is revived based on the vision and directions of the founder and Leader Mu’ammar Al-Qaddafi. Its activities spread to Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Australia.

The World Islamic Call Society’s initiatives are diverse. However the single objective of all activities and initiatives is to assist Muslims and humanity in general based on the recommendations of the First Conference. The Organization is working tirelessly to complete the institutions and develop effective plans and working methods in order to accomplish the objectives specified in the First Meeting. These objectives are the following:

• Educate people about Islam throughout the world and train Callers for the same purpose.
• Reinforce brotherhood and unity among Muslims.
• Cooperate with other organizations that are involved in Islamic Da’wa and offer aid wherever needed.
• Distribute the Holy Qur’ān and Islamic books for educational purposes.
